Mass Device held a video interview with Eric Raciti, partner at Finnegan, to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's June decision in Bilski v. Kappos, which affirmed a lower court's ruling that business methods cannot be patented. In the interview, Raciti explains what it means to patent a business method and discusses its implications for the medical device industry.
