Omega asserted the patent at issue against BMW in the Northern District of Georgia, but the case was transferred to the District of Delaware, where it is stayed pending the PTAB’s decision. Finnegan attorneys Lionel Lavenue, Kara Specht, Kai Rajan, and Ben Cassady represented BMW.
