On February 17, 2017, a Nevada district court judge ruled in favor of Finnegan client CG Technology Development, confirming that Zynga Inc. infringed its patent covering a video game system. CG's evidence, which included descriptions of how Zynga's products work, screenshots of the company's online casino games, and assertions of how CG's patent works, were sufficient in outlining its infringement claims.
