On June 17, 2022, a federal jury in the District of Massachusetts ruled in favor of Finnegan client Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, finding that General Electric infringed a Siemen’s patent covering offshore wind turbines. Finnegan partners Cory Bell and Alissa Lipton, who are both resident in the firm’s Boston office, represented Siemens in the case.
