On July 12, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) issued a final written decision striking down all 30 claims of Stragent LLC’s patent related to in-vehicle technology and siding in favor of Finnegan client BMW. Finnegan partner Lionel Lavenue stated in an interview with Law360 that the Finnegan team is “pleased with the board’s decision and thanks the judges for their consideration of the arguments.”
Finnegan partners David Reese and Cory Bell are also on the team.
