WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan received top honors in Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) Patent 1000 Guide: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals 2018, ranking as a leading patent law firm in more than a dozen U.S. and international categories. IAM writes, “[Finnegan is] a perennial leader in intellectual property [and] is considered a model of well-roundedness in patent practice.” The publication adds, “It cross-pollinates the skills of its litigation and prosecution groups extremely effectively [and is] certainly a top PTAB firm.”
IAM ranked the firm as a leader for litigation, prosecution, and transactions in the DC Metro Area and in Massachusetts, and as a leading firm in Georgia. Leading firm rankings in Asia include Japan (for litigation and transactions), China, and, for the first time, South Korea.
In addition to the geographic rankings, IAM recognized 28 Finnegan attorneys as leading patent practitioners for 2018.
