Finnegan established its European presence in Brussels, Belgium, in 1993. Upon relocating to London, England, in 2013, we expanded our jurisdictional services to include United Kingdom and European law. The attorneys and solicitors in our London office have active practices at the European Patent Office (EPO), the U.K. Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, the UK High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Several attorneys in the office also practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
