Patent Resources Group Advanced Courses

The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys Brandon Rash, Esther Lim, Houtan Esfahani, Luke McCammon, and Justin Hendrix will present "Electrical and Computer Patent Practice." James Barney will present "Federal Circuit Law (2015-2017)." Bryan Diner, Tony Gutowski, and Andy Holtman will present "Patent Due Diligence: Maximizing Value and Assessing Risk in Purchases, Sales, and Licensing of Assets." Tom Irving, Jill MacAlpine, and Li Feng will present "Chemical Patent Practice." Brian Kacedon, Bill Pratt, and Stephen Kabakoff will present "Drafting Patent License Agreements." John Williamson, Eric Fues, and Jacob Schroeder will present "Strategies to Protect Innovation and Leverage IP Value Through Trade Secret Law."
