Finnegan Wins “Intellectual Property Firm of the Year” at the 2026 Benchmark Litigation Awards

WASHINGTON, DC–The 2026 Benchmark Litigation Awards were held on March 11 in New York City, recognizing the most distinguished litigators and firms for their exemplary work over the past twelve months. Finnegan received the award for Intellectual Property Firm of the Year, underscoring the firm’s global patent litigation and trials practice.

Finnegan’s managing partner, James Barney, accepted the award on behalf of the firm. James said, “We are honored to receive the Intellectual Property Firm of the Year award from Benchmark Litigation.
