Post-Grant Procedures at the USPTO

Finnegan partner Anthony C. Tridico, Ph.D. will participate in a full day seminar that will address U.S. post-grant proceedings procedures in comparison to European Patent Office (EPO) proceedings.  Topics will include: invalidating third-party patents using inter partes review (IPR), post-grant review (PGR), reexamination, etc.; post-grant strategies; how to prepare as a defendant before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB); best practices for taking advantage of the new procedures; and, coordinating procedures before the EPO & U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). For more information or to register for this program, please visit the Forum Institut website.
