Finnegan attorney Barbara C. McCurdy was a panelist at the Women in IP Law breakfast during the 2016 American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Annual Meeting. The discussion primarily revolved around best practices for retaining women. On the topic of firm leadership embracing diversity and inclusion, McCurdy said, "There needs to truly be a commitment to seeing people of all diversities. Keeping that one woman on a pitch as a junior member is not enough. We need to get women into leadership roles…"
