S3 Graphics Co. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate whether Apple Inc.’s iPhone, iPad, and other products infringe four patents covering image processing technology. The complaint specifically targets the iPhone, iPad, the iPod touch, and the MacBook and associated software, and accuses Apple of violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act. S3G is asking the ITC to bar imports of the allegedly infringing products. S3G is represented in this matter by Finnegan.
