Dr. Johannes Druschel, a German attorney-at-law, focuses on patent litigation, representing clients in both patent infringement and validity proceedings before German district and higher regional courts, the Federal Patent Court, the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the European Patent Office (EPO) as well as the Unified Patent Court (UPC). His cases cover a wide range of technologies, including mechanics, telecommunications, semiconductors, automotive, medical devices, and consumer products.

Johannes advises companies on contentious patent matters and represents them in related infringement, nullity, cancellation, and opposition proceedings, including preliminary injunction and inspection proceedings. His experience includes arbitration proceedings that laid claim to a patent co-ownership. Johannes handles patent litigation proceedings across all major technical fields, including mechanics, electronics, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, and semiconductors. He has particular experience handling complex international patent litigation cases concerning telecommunication and medical devices.

Johannes has consistently been recognized for his contributions in the field of patent litigation. The Legal 500 listed Johannes as a recommended lawyer for intellectual property: patent litigation; Leaders League highlighted his leadership in patent litigation; and he was featured in Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt: Ones to Watch for Intellectual Property in Germany.
