2026 TIPA International Symposium

Finnegan partner Johannes Druschel will co-present “Recent Developments in European Patent and Enforcement of Patent Right before UPC” and join the roundtable discussion, “From the Development of EU Unified Patent Litigation to the Global Patent Portfolio Strategies for the Industry and the Jurisdiction of Specialized Patent Courts,” at the 2026 TIPA International Symposium. Yieyie Yang will co-present “Recent Developments in Pharmaceutical Patent” and join the roundtable discussion, “Impacts of Global Changes on Pharmaceutical Patent Protection, Patent Strategy and the Pharma Industry.” The symposium will take place in the International Conference Hall on the first floor of Tsai Lecture Hall at National Taiwan University’s College of Law in Taipei, Taiwan.
