Finnegan attorneys Ryan O’Quinn and Hannah Whitmore will co-present “Turning Research Into a Venture: An IP Roadmap” at the Harvard Biotech Club’s Explore Initiative. The session will guide students, post-docs, and aspiring entrepreneurs through the life of a patent in a biotech company and introduce them to a variety of concepts within IP law including patent procurement, IP management, and the navigation of European, U.K., and U.S. frameworks.
