Victory! Maglula Defeats Amazon in Counterfeit Claims

Finnegan client Maglula defeated online retail giant Amazon in a counterfeit lawsuit concerning the hosting of counterfeit products on the Amazon website. Led by partners Jeff Berkowitz and Danny Awdeh, the Finnegan team convinced Judge Liam O’Grady in the Eastern District of Virginia to dismiss Amazon’s motion to end the counterfeit suit and come to a settlement, leading to a massive victory for Maglula and other companies involved in counterfeit suits against Amazon.
