WASHINGTON, DC— U.S. News and World Report has announced that Finnegan earned a place on its inaugural list of Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms. This guide compares major U.S. law firms on six factors essential to employee well-being and job satisfaction. Firms scoring highest among the factors were named to this inaugural list.
The publication’s methodology considers:
Data for evaluation is accrued via multiple publicly available sources and confirmed by reputable external organizations. U.S. News then provides the data-based list to a board of experts, who provide final opinions on the list and requisite methodology. This method is used for the group’s general companies award and its other industry-specific rankings of best workplaces.
