WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan is pleased to announce that for the 12th year in a row it has earned a spot on the annual 100 Best Companies for Working Parents list as determined by Seramount, a strategic professional services and research firm dedicated to supporting high-performing, inclusive workplaces. Finnegan ranked #1 for mental health benefits and programs, and in the top five for company culture and accountability. The recognition comes on the heels of being named in Seramount’s 2023 list of 50 Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity, which gave the firm accolades for its commitment to supporting working parents, women lawyers, lawyers from underrepresented groups, and promotion of diversity in the legal sector.
Seramount’s 2023 100 Best Companies list encompasses those that continue to set the standard by providing inclusive benefits for families.
