WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan attorneys Karthik Kumar, Ph.D., Christina Yang, and Carlos Duarte-Guevara were selected as members of the 2022 class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) action programs.
Karthik Kumar will participate in the LCLD Fellows program, which is designed for diverse, high-potential, mid-career attorneys. The program provides professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, and relationship-building opportunities. Fellows will participate in virtual sessions, including small group learning sessions, leadership lunches, and regional events.
Christina Yang and Carlos Duarte-Guevara will participate in the LCLD Pathfinder program. The Pathfinder program is designed for diverse, high-potential attorneys who are in the early stages of their careers. The program provides tools for relationship-building, foundational leadership skills, and career development strategies.
