WASHINGTON, DC—Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) has released its 2026 edition of IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders, identifying leading professionals from around the world who excel in developing and implementing IP strategies that maximize value for their clients. The firm is proud to announce that seven Finnegan partners have been named 2026 Strategy 300 Global Leaders by IAM. Selected from the 2025 IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists list and nominated by their peers, these attorneys are recognized not only for their strategic insight but also for their contributions as thought leaders and change makers, driving innovation in the practice of intellectual property law. Finnegan congratulates the following partners on receiving this special designation:
Dr. Antje Brambrink is qualified as a German attorney-at-law and Unified Patent Court (UPC) representative. Her dual qualification as a dentist allows her to combine deep life sciences insight with legal excellence. Antje focuses on complex patent disputes and has extensive experience managing cross-border disputes for pioneering pharmaceutical and technology companies often at the interface of antitrust law (FRAND) or regulatory laws.
Justin Hasford focuses on complex patent litigation for pioneer pharmaceutical companies, particularly Hatch-Waxman cases. Justin counsels on infringement, validity, antitrust, and regulatory issues, including Orange Book listings, and has significant experience in appellate and antitrust litigation.
Christopher Johns maintains a broad patent practice spanning prosecution, portfolio strategy, Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) trials, International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations, and Federal Circuit appeals. Chris advises on electronics, software, and telecom technologies, with a strong focus on patent eligibility and inter partes review proceedings.
Karthik Kumar, Ph.D., focuses on competitor patent and trade secret litigation and strategic counseling for emerging technologies. Karthik manages global portfolios for leading tech companies in 5G, AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT, and co-leads Finnegan’s AR/VR industry group.
Leslie McDonell provides strategic IP counseling for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including due diligence, portfolio management, and post-grant proceedings. Leslie represents clients in U.S. litigation and coordinates worldwide patent strategies, advising on patentability, validity, and freedom-to-operate.
Maeve O’Flynn is a European and UK patent attorney with extensive in-house experience. Maeve develops global IP strategies for technologies including cosmetics and sustainable chemistry, manages patent portfolios, and represents clients in EPO oral proceedings.
Anthony Tridico, Ph.D., brings over 20 years of experience in global IP strategy, patent prosecution, and litigation. Anthony advises life sciences clients on patent office trials, due diligence, and portfolio management, leveraging deep knowledge of European and U.S. systems across diverse technical fields.
The IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders 2026 guide is compiled through confidential peer nominations, rigorous research, and final vetting by IAM’s team. Eligibility for Strategy 300 Global Leaders requires that all candidates be named on the IAM Strategy 300 list and receive at least three nominations from outside their organization. From there, IAM selects individuals who demonstrate outstanding expertise, strategic vision, and a proven track record of creating and maximizing IP value.
