The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) ruled in favor of Finnegan’s client SharkNinja, invalidating an iRobot Corp. patent. The patent in question was part of iRobot’s Roomba product line and covered the roller cleaning system. The board rejected iRobot’s proposed claim construction.
