Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs

Finnegan attorneys Jeffrey Berkowitz, Danny Awdeh, David Mroz, Sonja Sahlsten, and Morgan Smith were recognized as Litigator of the Week runners-up for their success on behalf of client Maglula against Amazon. Maglula accused Amazon of selling knockoffs of its UpLULA gun magazine loader. An Eastern District of Virginia judge denied Amazon's request for summary judgment stating, "This is simply not a case where Amazon can deflect liability, nor will Amazon be viewed favorably by a jury or the public."
