Finnegan Maintains Top Rankings in 2020 IAM Patent 1000 Guide

June 17, 2020

Intellectual Asset Management (IAM)

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 17, 2020

WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan ranked as a leading patent law firm in the United States and internationally in the 2020 edition of the IAM Patent 1000 Guide. The firm also had the most practitioners ranked of all IP firms in the DC Metro area. IAM writes, “The first-class boutique has grown and developed on all fronts this year: it added six attorneys to the partnership ranks with various litigation and USPTO-centered practices; expanded its agile, multidisciplinary industry and technology working groups … and accelerated its promotion of a diverse, inclusive culture.”

Finnegan collected accolades as a leader for litigation, prosecution, and transactions in the DC Metro Area and in Massachusetts, and as a leading patent firm in Georgia. Finnegan was also recognized as a leading international firm, a testament to the firm’s strong presence in Europe and in Asia, where IAM recognized the firm as an IP leader in China, Japan, and South Korea.

The Patent 1000 Guide is based on five months of extensive research, involving more than 1,800 interviews with numerous patent attorneys and in-house counsel. The guide identifies the top patent professionals in key jurisdictions.
