Finnegan created a new award program within the firm—“Mentor of the Year.” Since its inception nearly 55 years ago, the firm has hired most of our professionals during the early stages of their careers (e.g., technical specialists, student associates, and summer associates). This hiring model allows Finnegan to develop professionals through mentoring, as well as both formal and informal training. Much of the firm’s success stems from the efforts of those who consistently take the time to mentor and ensure that others at the firm can succeed.
Mentor of the Year recipients are recognized across career levels, practice groups, and offices. The collective dedication to developing future generations of talent ensures that Finnegan remains at the top of its profession.
