FedEx Nabs PTAB Win in Workflow Patent Challenge

Finnegan secured a victory at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for client FedEx, invalidating 21 claims in a Flectere LLC patent covering an improved method for automated workflow processing. The claims were found invalid as anticipated and obvious in light of four earlier patents. Flectere elected not to file a response to the petition for inter partes review (IPR).
