On June 6, Finnegan client Rambus Inc. announced that it had reached a five-year licensing arrangement with Freescale Semiconductor Inc. over memory controllers and serial links, effectively “ending their dispute in the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”).” Finnegan represented Rambus in this matter.
