On Saturday, March 30, a District of Delaware judge upheld the validity of Cephalon Inc.’s patent covering the blockbuster narcolepsy drug Nuvigil®. The ruling counters efforts by several pharmaceutical companies to sell generic versions of the drug. Finnegan represented Cephalon in this matter.
