Boston Law Firms Among Most Active for New-drug Lawsuits

A recent Lex Machina report examined which law firms handle the most lawsuits related to abbreviated new drug applications (ANDA) before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The report found that intellectual property law firms with ties to Boston ranked high on the list of firms that have filed the most ANDA suits on behalf plaintiffs. Finnegan, which has an office in Boston, ranked second nationwide with 363 cases since 2009.
