PTAB Cancelled 86% of Instituted Claims in June

Managing Intellectual Property referenced Finnegan's AIA Blog post in the July 15th article about the PTAB's cancellation of instituted claims in final written decisions. In June, the Board cancelled 86% of instituted claims in the 36 final written decisions that it issued. This number is higher than average for all final written decisions as of July 1, 2015, which had a cancellation rate of 78%.
