Prominent IP law firm Finnegan recently announced that Erika Arner, Charles Suh, M. Andrew Holtman, Michael O’Shaughnessy, and John D. Livingstone have been named partners. Arner and Suh work out of the firm’s Reston, VA office; Holtman and O’Shaughnessy hail from the Washington, DC office; and Livingstone is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
