On July 27, 2011 Finnegan client LG Electronics Inc. filed suit in the District Court of Delaware and the International Trade Commission (ITC) against Osram, over patents it owns related to LED blue-to-white light conversion technology. LG Electronics Inc. is represented by Finnegan in these matters.
