Managing Intellectual Property recently announced its 2016 North America Awards shortlists, recognizing outstanding firms and individuals in the United States and Canada. Finnegan was shortlisted for the following national and regional categories: International Trade Commission, Patent Contentious, PTAB, Specialty IP Firm, Patent Contentious – Northeast, Patent Prosecution – Northeast, Trademark Contentious – Northeast, and Trademark Prosecution – Northeast. In addition, the following Finnegan attorneys were shortlisted for the Outstanding IP Litigator Awards: Douglas A. Rettew (District of Columbia), Erika H. Arner (Virginia and PTAB), and Charles E. Lipsey (Virginia) were shortlisted.
