WASHINGTON, DC—On April 6, 2016, Finnegan announced the addition of Clare A. Cornell who joined the firm’s London office as a partner to help establish the firm's European trade mark practice. Clare's practice focuses on trade mark prosecution, maintenance, enforcement and opposition; clearance searching; portfolio management; IP due diligence; and IP licensing and assignment.
"We are thrilled to have Clare join Finnegan in our London office," said London office managing partner Anthony C. Tridico. "Clare's experience as a trade mark and patent attorney is the ideal addition to our rapidly expanding European practice and we are excited to offer European trade mark law expertise to our clients."
