Finnegan Earns Top Rankings for Patent Work in LMG Life Sciences 2013

WASHINGTON, DC  — LMG Life Sciences has released its 2013 ranking of life sciences law firms. For the second consecutive year, Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP ranked as a “highly recommended” law firm in four intellectual property categories: patent prosecution, patent strategy and management, general patent litigation, and Hatch-Waxman patent litigation. In the guide’s description Finnegan’s practice, LMG states, “[Finnegan’s] reputation as a full-service IP boutique holds true.” Colleagues told LMG, “The entire team at the firm supports one another, and their depth is unmatched by any other firm, boutique or general service.” One client remarked, “We absolutely love the work they have done for us and could not be happier.”

In addition to the firm rankings, LMG Life Sciences recognized Finnegan partners Michele C. Bosch, Donald R. Dunner, Thomas L. Irving, J. Michael Jakes, Charles E. Lipsey, Leslie A. McDonell, Sanya Sukduang, and Charles E. Van Horn as Intellectual Property Life Science Stars.

In compiling its rankings, LMG Life Sciences spoke to in-house counsel and leading lawyers in the life sciences field and performed extensive research of public records. The publication conducted nearly 1000 interviews and reviewed surveys completed by lawyers active in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and biotechnology.
