November 12, 2015

Managing Intellectual Property

Managing Intellectual Property analyzed the busiest law firms at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) from the beginning of 2015 through October 2015. From Q1-Q3, Finnegan was the top petitioner law firm at the PTAB, appearing in 73 proceedings. The firm was also a top law firm for patent owners at the PTAB, representing 67 patent owners. Finnegan attorneys Joshua L. Goldberg, Lionel M. Lavenue, P. Andrew Riley, and Thomas W. Winland were recognized as petitioner attorneys in 15 or more petitions from January 2015 to October 2015. Erika H. Arner and Joshua L.
