Represented companies of a medical devices group before German Civil Courts*

Advised and represented several companies of a group active in the field of medical devices as defendants in infringement proceedings on the merits and in preliminary injunction proceedings as well as in the defense in opposition proceedings (together with a patent attorney) before the European Patent Office (EPO) and in nullity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court.
