The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) continues to be an important forum for IP disputes involving imported products, and with many products coming from China, Chinese companies are often targets. In this seminar, Finnegan attorneys Smith Brittingham, James Barney, and Ningling Wang will discuss the most recent developments in ITC practice and law. The speakers will also address important litigation issues in the chemical industry, appealing an unfavorable lower court decision to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and what to pay attention to when drafting licenses.
