A water ride maker now owes more than $985,000 in royalties to Finnegan client ProSlide Technology Inc. After a nine-day jury trial, a Florida federal jury decided that WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. had infringed several patents from ProSlide.
"ProSlide is very pleased with the result and is satisfied that the court and the jury has recognized the importance of ProSlide's intellectual property," said Finnegan partner James Barney.
