WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan ranked as an overall Top 10 "Best Law Firm to Work For" in the 2018 Vault Guide to the Top 100 Law Firms. The ratings by associates participating in Vault’s survey placed the firm at #2 for its Intellectual Property practice, as well as a top 10 law firm overall for diversity, its summer associate program, and its training programs.
The Vault rankings are derived from Vault’s Law Firm Associate Survey, in which nearly 18,000 associates rated and commented on various aspects of their work life. This year’s Best Law Firms to Work For rankings were calculated using a formula that weighs associate ratings in a dozen different areas: Overall Satisfaction; Firm Culture; Hours; Quality of Work; Compensation; Business Outlook; Career Outlook; Associate/Partner Relations; Leadership Transparency; Informal and Formal Training; Pro Bono; and Overall Diversity.
The Vault rankings follow on the heels of Finnegan’s recent recognition as a "leading firm" in the 2017 Chambers Associate Guide.
