Three Finnegan Partners Receive “Women, Influence, and Power in Law” Awards

WASHINGTON, DC—Corporate Counsel, an American Lawyer Media (ALM) publication, announced its 2022 Women, Influence and Power in Law (WIPL) Awards, recognizing the outstanding work of women leaders who are also business strategists and complex problem-solvers in the legal profession. Finnegan partners Esther Lim and Jill MacAlpine were honored in the ‘Innovative Leadership’ category. In launching Finnegan’s IP University, their innovative leadership was acknowledged for impacting change and developing new strategies for better solutions as evidenced by their collaborative efforts with others at the firm. Finnegan partner Amanda Murphy was honored as ‘Best Mentor’ for excelling at mentoring others in achieving their career objectives through moral, social, and intellectual support. The honorees are also dedicated to the promotion of diversity in the legal industry.

Finnegan’s managing partner, Erika Arner, noted “Finnegan is proud to have three of our women attorneys recognized for their innovative leadership and mentoring efforts. The firm encourages strong, collaborative leadership that focuses on growing the next generation of IP professionals.
