The 10 Mightiest IP Practice Groups

November 13, 2015

Law360

Law360 recently released its 2015 Largest Practice Groups Report, with Finnegan ranking in the top 10 for largest IP practice group in the United States. Finnegan Managing Partner James B. Monroe believes that having a large practice gives the firm the ability to handle any type of intellectual property need, including Federal Circuit appeals, PTAB trials, licensing, and trademark issues. When a client comes to the firm for one IP issue, having talent across all aspects of intellectual property law also provides opportunities to introduce those clients to the firm’s other services.
