In a significant win for Finnegan client Volkswagen Group of America Inc., the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas ruled against VDPP LLC, ordering the nonpracticing entity to pay nearly $208,000 in attorneys' fees for pursuing a "meritless" lawsuit.
