Finnegan was shortlisted for the following national and regional categories: International Trade Commission, Patent Contentious, PTAB, Specialty IP Firm, Patent Contentious – Northeast, Patent Prosecution – Northeast, Trademark Contentious – Northeast, and Trademark Prosecution – Northeast. In addition, the following Finnegan attorneys were shortlisted for the Outstanding IP Litigator Awards: Douglas A. Rettew (District of Columbia), Erika H. Arner (Virginia and PTAB), and Charles E.
