The AmLaw Litigation Daily highlighted Finnegan attorneys Charles Collins-Chase, Kenneth Guerra, and Jennifer Vein for their win at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on behalf of a U.S. Army veteran seeking benefits for a medical condition impairing his ability to swallow food. The ruling is Finnegan’s second appellate victory over the span of two months in Federal Circuit veterans’ disability cases taken on as part of the firm’s Veterans Assistance Program.
