Associate
Ken's litigation experience covers numerous aspects of trial and appeal preparation, including conducting discovery and handling day-to-day litigation activities. He is actively involved in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation analysis, fact discovery, and expert discovery.
While in law school, Ken worked at Finnegan as a summer associate. He also worked as a Milt Stewart Fellow in Southeast Asia, helping innovator pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers protect their global IP portfolios.
Before law school, Ken conducted research at the Indiana University School of Medicine, exploring the biochemical pathways for the progression of Emphysema in HIV infected endothelial cells, identifying Endothelial Monocyte Activating Polypeptide II (EMAP II) as a key molecule required for the progression of emphysema. Ken also worked in the Indiana University Department of Chemistry, exploring the physical properties of lipid vesicles stabilized by Janus particles and their uptake in a cellular environment to fabricate smart drug-delivery carriers.
Ken also represents honorably discharged veterans on a pro bono basis before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.He has been recognized on the Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll.
