Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs: Castle Retail Group

Finnegan attorneys Justin Hasford and Stefan Ochiana received a shout out for The AmLaw Litigation Daily “Litigator of the Week,” which recognized a win at the Federal Circuit for Finnegan client Castle Retail Group. The appellate court affirmed a lower court ruling which found that the patent asserted against Castle Retail Group—a method for viewing video on a remote device as part of a video surveillance system—was not patent-eligible.
