Reuters interviewed attorneys who welcomed new dogs to their families during the pandemic, and how these new pups have had a positive impact on well-being. Finnegan partner Anthony Tridico added a second dog to his family—a German shorthaired pointer puppy named Watson. With stay-at-home orders in place, Anthony said, "It was the perfect time [to welcome a new dog]. I usually travel a lot." Dogs are great companions and help relieve stress. He added, "Dogs relax people."
