Finnegan topped Law360’s Legal Lions list for its trademark victory for Under Armour at China’s highest appellate court. In collaboration with Chinese co-counsel Chang Tsi & Partners, the team worked to stop knockoff sportswear line Uncle Martian from using a copycat version of Under Armour’s logo. Uncle Martian was also ordered to destroy all infringing products and pay damages to Under Armour.
