Finnegan is excited to have been named a recommended firm in Germany in the 2023 JUVE Patent rankings. With the firm’s Munich office just opening in 2022, we are honored to be recognized for our litigation practice.
The Munich office represents a significant expansion of the firm’s European presence, complementing Finnegan’s prosecution capabilities in London. Munich is one of several key locations around the globe for patent litigation on a range of IP-related disputes in areas such as technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. The Munich office focuses on supporting not only many major players in Germany and Europe for all their IP needs, but also Finnegan’s existing clients across the globe. Finnegan is also at the forefront of developments at the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and was one of the first firms to file in the new court.
