WASHINGTON, DC—In a win for Finnegan client Wuhan Healthgen Biotechnology Corp., the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) reversed the ALJ’s finding of infringement by the powder products. Specifically, the ITC determined that Healthgen’s medium grade recombinant serum albumins (rHSA) did not infringe Ventria Bioscience’s 10,618,951 patent (the ‘951 patent). The ITC's corresponding opinion is sealed.
